Asia IP Unveils Landmark Cases of 2008

Issued: January 01 2009
It’s that time of year, when every publication under the sun releases its top somethings of the year. Rolling Stone named the latest by Bob Dylan the second-best album of the year. (The magazine’s top choice was by a band called TV on the Radio, which we’re sorry to admit we’ve grown too old to have heard of.) So, as the year draws to a close, Asia IP takes a look back at the top IP cases in Asia-Pacific, as nominated by IP lawyers in the region.
